La Paella 16-Inch Enameled Steel Paella Pan

Pretty and functional
Great paella pan- I love that I don't have to season it. Had a metal (not enamel coated) one and it got rusty despite oil coatings and who wants to eat rust? Results in a nice crust and big enough to hold a lot of paella/cooking liquid. Have only used on stove/in oven so far but hear trying it on the grill may be good too. Was having trouble storing it so decided to make it an art statement in my kitchen by putting two nails in the wall and hanging it by the handles-voila, easy to store and a good conversation maker.

Great inexpensive paella pan
It will always makes a grand presentation in the middle of the table. Your guests will ooh & aah. Recipes included, though try Cooks Illustrated paella recipe for a sure fire hit. The pan is easy clean=up too!

great pan
I still need to learn how to use it on gas stove. Heat doesn't spread evenly since the pan is quite big and using only 1 gas top does not cook the paella evenly. Any tips for me would be grateful. But overall a good pan.
