Bene Casa 2 Qt Sauce Pan w/Wood Handle

WHAT WERE THEY THINKING!?
when the pan arrived there was a sticker on the inside on the cooking surface of the pan. When i tried to remove it i found it was not so easy. First i soaked the pan for 24 hours and almost nothing came off. Then I scrubbed and scrubbed with an sos pad and the sticker junk just got pushed around and turned into an even worse gloop on the bottom of the. Then I boiled the pan for about an hour, trying to scoop the pieces of goo out with a spoon as they rose to the surface. Afterwards i realized that the boiling had just spread the goo evenly all over the inside of the pan. Just as i was thinking about throwing the pan away i remembered that i clean my bong with rubbing alcohol and salt, so i tried it out on this pan. It took a long ass time, but it all finally came. DON"T BUY THIS PAN unless you wish to go through this ordeal. I don't know what genius at the ol' pan factory decided to slap that sticker right on the cooking surface of the friggin pan!

Great Pot - lousy label
I got this pot for my mother-in-law. It is a perfect size and feels great when I hold it. The only complaint I have is that the label was ridiculously hard to get off the bottom of the inside of the pan. Even WD40 would not get off the goo.

Perfect for me
This was a little smaller than expected, but it works perfectly for college. It's enough for a can of soup, or enough to boil pasta for one or two.
