Sharp
Nice and sharp I use it for slicing tomatoes and onions. Zwilling JA Henckels is a good knife that will last for years to come.
Great little knife
This was a nice addition to my block set and I've been more than happy with it's performance. It's my go-to knife for paring or cutting fruit. It fits well in my hand and is of quality materials. We've only had to sharpen it once so far.
