Paula Deen 3.5 Quart Cast Iron Covered Round Casserole

Great Product
Beautiful. Well made. I seansoned first thing, then used to sear beef cubes for stew. No sticking. Clean up was a breeze. No rust with continual use. Glad I made this purchase.

I also use this for no-knead bread
It's awesome for my loaves of no-knead sourdough boules. I use a banneton for the dough rise and then flip the banneton of dough into this 450F preheated covered cast iron pot and cover it with its preheated lid. Bake for 25 minutes and take lid off then bake for 5 more minutes.

I haven't seen a prettier bread baking pot that's for sure.

Excellent bread baking device
This dutch oven bakes excellent 'NO-Knead-Bread'! Easy to clean, decorative design, and great for chicken dishes, too.
Although I bought my first one locally, I need a second one for another loaf of bread to bake two at the same time.
Because it is pure cast iron, no enamel inside, one also gets some iron in the meal which is an additional pro.
